清眩降压胶囊中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量测定

Determination of Sinapine Thiocyanate in Qingxuan Jiangya Capsule

目的：建立清眩降压胶囊的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，Kromasil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-0．08mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾（15：85）；检测波长326nm。结果：HPLC测定了芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量，芥子碱硫氰酸盐在0．432～6．480μg线性关系良好（r=0．9996），平均回收率为99．4％，RSD=0．5％。结论：建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于清眩降压胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of Qingxuan Jiangya capsule. Methods： HPLC was adopted with Kromasil C 1 s column （250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-（0.08 mol·L^- 1 ） （ 15：85 ）, the detection wavelength was 326nm. Results： The linear range of Sinapine thiocyanate was 0. 432 -6. 480μg（r =0. 999 6）. The average recovery was 99.4% and RSD was 0. 5%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate. It has good reproducibility and can be used for quality control of Qingxuan Jiangya capsule.
