摘要
《劳动合同法》是规范劳动关系的重要法律,对劳动合同制度作出了科学、合理的规范,重在保护劳动者的合法权益,促进劳动关系规范有序发展,体现了新时期新阶段的鲜明特点,与人民群众的切身利益有着十分密切的关系。《劳动合同法》的颁布实施,有利于促进尊重劳动和尊重劳动者大环境的形成,有利于构建与发展和谐稳定劳动关系,有利于促进社会和谐。
Labor Contract Law is an important law of regulating the labor relationship, which standardizes the labor contract system scientifically and responsibly with the purpose of protecting the legal right and interest, promoting the regular and orderly development of labor relationship. This represents the distinctive features of the new era and new stage and keeps close relation with the personal interest of the people and mass. The publication and implementation of Labor Contract Law has significance in shaping the environment of respecting labor and people labored, constructing and developing harmonious and stable labor relationship, and promoting the development of harmonious society.
