血氧载体的研究现状及进展 被引量:2

摘要 基于血红蛋白(Hb)和全氟化碳(PFC)乳剂的氧载体是目前研究较多的血液红细胞代用品,第一代Hb氧载体多为Hb与戊二醛等交联后的产物,具有较大的毒副作用;第二代Hb氧载体缩小了交联等处理后的产物相对分子质量,毒性小,易于生产。PFC乳剂则是另一种化学形式的血氧载体,部分产品已经商业化,并在临床使用。
