摘要
本文介绍了一种采用紫外光固化材料作为塑料光纤包层材料的新方法,并对不同的涂层材料甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)和光引发聚合实验结果进行了比较分析。浅析了利用预聚单体作为光纤涂覆层,可缩短光纤包层的固化时间,还讨论了不同材料及配方对塑料光纤衰减的影响。
In this paper, a new method which uses UV cured materials as the POF's cladding materials is introduced, and the research results of UV initiation polymerization of MMA and MA are compared. Also the paper presents that the curing time is shortened by using prepolymer as fiber cladding. The effect of materials and compunding on POF's attenuation is discussed.
