Cystatin C评价肾小球滤过功能的临床应用进展 被引量:10

摘要 Cystatin C是一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,其相对分子质量小,自由通过肾小球滤过膜,并在近端肾小管重吸收并被完全降解,不再回到血循环中去。血中浓度不受性别、年龄、体重、营养状况、炎症感染、肌肉量等因素的影响,被认为是较为理想的评价肾小球滤过功能内源性标志物。
