At present, higher education internationalization is a trend for the development of higher education. The work centre is gradually transferred into the overseas＇ students education. With the development of overseas＇ students education, the higher managing requirement is needed. The key method of solving this problem can be worked out by analyzing the reasons of the problem, and then the main strategy to improve the management level can be put forward. In the process of managing, the flexible ways of solving problem should be stressed while enhancing system, another effective way is to optimize the students＇ administration by guiding them to treat different culture and trans-cuhure social psychology, at last, a pluralistic and international management system, which is the certain way of managing overseas＇ students.
