摘要
本文介绍一种利用最小二乘法确定球径仪测环参数的简单方法。用此方法对一台前苏联LOMO工厂制造的球径仪的测环进行了标定,复测结果表明,该方法标定的测环参数符合原仪器的使用精度要求(即:半径R的测量误差ΔR≤0.03R%)。
A simple approach for determining the circle measuring parameter of spherometer by use of least square method is presented in the paper.The circle measurements of a spherometer made by LOMO Factory of former Soviet Union have been calibrated with the method.The measuring results by repetition show that the circle measuring parameters calibrated by the method correspond to the requirements of the original instrument accuracy(for example, measuring error Δ R ≤0.03 R %).
