On the Establishment of Protecting Mechanism of College Students' Rights and Interests

大学生诉高校案件日益增多且多以高校败诉而告结束。这种现象背后隐藏的是高校管理失范和大学生维权意识逐渐增强的矛盾,而大学生权益保护机制的先天不足和后天无力使得这一矛盾更加突出,应从立法和学校管理层面健全和完善大学生权益保障机制。

The suits that college students bring against universities have been increasing, which more often end up with the failure of the latter. Behind this phenomenon is the contradiction between the colleges＇ maladministration and the students＇ growing awareness of maintaining their rights. Nevertheless, the contradiction is sharpened by the inherent deficiencies and the current faults of the protecting mechanism for college students＇ rights and interests. The status quo and the reason of the damage to the college students＇ rights are analyzed, the main content and the characteristics of college students＇ rights are expounded, and the approaches to improve and perfect the protecting mechanism of college students＇ rights and interests are proposed.
