According to colleges and universities teachers＇ anxiety symptoms of the performance, its type is analyzed, the reasons are explored, on the basis of this mitigating, anxious psychology measures are found. These measures include three specific aspects： building a people-based school management system; geting social support; being good to themself, with support from a mental sky to enhance the affordability of college teachers mental and psychological immunity.
