摘要
从经济社会发展对应用型人才需求的实际和新建地方本科院校办学定位以及应用型人才基本规格定位出发,阐述了新建地方本科院校构建应用型人才培养体系的理论与实际意义,并从人才培养目标与培养模式改革\教学内容与课程体系改革\搭建实践教学与科技创新平台以及加强实践教学师资队伍建设等方面,初步探讨了构建新建地方本科院校应用型人才培养体系的基本思路与原则。
According to the requirements of practical talents from the develolpment of the economic society, the evaluation of school running and the basic requirements for talents training in newly-built local institutes, the theoretical and practical significance of constructing the system of training practical talents in newly-built local institutes and the basic idea and principle for constructing the system are elaborated, focusing on the change of the training purpose and mode, the alteration of the teaching content and the course system, the building of the platform for scientific and technological innovation and the strengthening of the teaching force.
