The Influence of Multi-Campus University Management on Campus Culture

高校合并办学后,校园文化建设中存在不同文化汇聚后的融合、共建等问题。多校区高校作为统一的管理整体,在各校区文化的整合过程中,应该坚持多样性与统一性相结合、传承与创新相结合、公平与效率兼顾的原则,通过共建大学文化、完善文化制度、丰富文化载体、改善校区环境等措施,使校区大学文化建设达到各校区文化融会贯通、推陈出新,实现学校全面、和谐、可持续发展的目标。

Different cultures may melt together after the combination of a new university. The multi-campus university, as a unified entity, should build up the campus culture with the combination of justice and efficiency, following and innovation. This paper points out that those universities also should better culture institutions, enrich culture carriers, and improve campus environment, in order to achieve the harmonious, all-round and sustainable development of multi-campus universities.
