摘要
与奖惩性教师评价相比,发展性教师评价在评价目的、评价的具体对象和激励的方式上有着明显不同的特征。大学教师实施发展性评价是与现代大学教师教学的本质、任务和特性相适切的。实施大学教师发展性评价的策略是:科学地制定切实可行的教师发展规划,合理地确定评价指标体系,采取"循环回应式"评价程序,建立个人成长档案等可以作为辅助策略。
In universities and colleges, compared with evaluation of reward and punishment, the developing evaluation on teaching talents has different characters on the purpose, object and mode of inspirit. The developing evaluation is in accordance with the essence, task and identity of higher education in modern times. The keys to the implement of the developing evaluation to teaching are as follows: constituting feasible developing program for teaching talents, confirming reasonable system of evaluating, adopting the evaluation process of circle-responses mode, and establishing assistant strategies such as individual developing file.
