摘要
运用马克思的资本有机构成理论和相对过剩人口论的原理,结合闽东南地区经济运行状况对该地区的奥肯定律变异与"民工荒"和"用工荒"形成的原因进行分析,根据其形成原因提出相应的对策建议。
In application of Marxist theory of organic compositions in capital and the theory of relative overpopulation, this paper analyzes the variance of Okun＇s Law and the reasons for the shortage of farmer workers and shortage of workers in the perspective of the economic situation in East Fujian. Meanwhile, the author put forward some proposals to solve the problems concerned.
