摘要
从量子角度分析了Bi3+离子替代对紫蓝磁光材料法拉第效应的影响,研究了DyIG(镝铁石榴石)材料的磁光频谱特性,结果表明DyIG材料在350mm和550nm有两个磁光极大峰值,这极有利于短波高密度磁光记录。
The effects of Bi substitution on the faraday angle of violet and blue light magneto optical materials are studied by using the quantum theory method.The curves of faraday angle as a function of frequence are analzed.The results show that the DyIG materials have two peak valves in 350 nm and 550 nm,which is very useful for the high density MO recording.
