摘要
从田径普修课跨栏跑的教学计划和学生的实际情况出发,选择集团学习法,试图通过学生主体性、探究性的运动技术学习中,使学生理解其内涵,达到懂与会的统一,实现跨栏跑教法、学法的优化.
From the teaching plan for the hurdle race of the track-and-field course and the students' real conditions, the teacher chooses to use the group-learning method. By having the students study sports skills with effort and exploration, the teacher attempts to make the students understand what it means and achieve the integration of understanding and mastering, thus to realize the optimization of the teaching and the learning method in hurdle race.
