2007年,中海油坚持以寻找大中型油气田的勘探思路指导中国近海的油气勘探工作,加强基础研究和领域研究,优化勘探风险投资组合,用"集束勘探"理念指导实施勘探部署,取得了显著效果,共获得18个油气勘探新发现,储量发现创近年来新高。2007年中国近海的勘探实践给我们如下启示:立足富生烃凹陷,进行多层系、多类型的全方位立体勘探,是增储上产的必要保障;新区、新领域突破是中国近海油气勘探可持续发展的关键;转变思路,重新认识以往的钻井资料,勘探老区仍可获得新发现;突破"三低"油气藏识别和评价的关键技术,将开辟中国近海油气储量增长的新天地;加强作业管理,优化作业方案,可大幅度提高作业效率,有效控制勘探成本。

In 2007,CNOOC adhered to directing China offshore hydrocarbon exploration with a concept to look for large or middle fields,and obtained significant results by strengthening basic and subject researches,optimizing investment potorfolics of exploration risk and guiding exploration deployment with an idea of ＂clustered exploration＂.Therefore 18 new hydrocarbon discoveries were made by CNOOC in 2007,with its reserves enhancement up to a new peak in the recent years.The exploration experiences in 2007 have provided much food of thought as follows：（1） It is the necessary guarantee of adding reserves and increasing production to make all-round stereoscopic exploration for multiple layers and types by basing it on rich hydrocarbon-generation sags;（2） The breakthrough in new areas and new plays is the key to realize sustainable hydrocarbon exploration offshore in China;（3） New discoveries can still be made by prospecting old areas if we change the exploration concept and recognize the past drilling data again;（4） A new sphere of increasing hydrocarbon reserves will be opened offshore in China if the technology to identify and evaluate ＂three-lows＂ reservoirs is developed;（5） Emphasizing operation management and optimizing operation plan can greatly increase the exploration efficiency and effectively control the exploration cost.
