摘要 流花11-1油田"南海胜利号"FPSO的3根输油软管因台风发生断裂沉入海底,油田被迫停产。要想使油田尽快复产,必须进行软管打捞和回接。然而,从水深300m的海底打捞断裂软管,这在国际海洋工程史上尚无先例。在这种情况下,自主研制了软管打捞卡具、卡具托架等专用工具,同时引进国外先进的水下作业设备,成功地实现了流花11-1油田软管打捞作业。文中系统介绍了流花11-1油田软管打捞卡具的设计思路、试验方法以及软管打捞的海上施工情况。流花11-1油田软管打捞技术的研究和应用,为今后类似项目和深水工程都提供了经验。 The three risers of FPSO in Liuhua11-1 oilfield were broken and dropped into seabed due to typhoon,which caused the production shutdown of the oilfield.In order to recover production as soon as possible,the damaged risers must be recovered and hooked up from seabed.There was no precedent in the recovery of damaged risers from 300 m deep water in the world.In such situation,some special tools were developed,such as riser clamp and clamp supporting frame,etc.,meanwhile,the advanced foreign underwater equipments were introduced,so that the risers were recovered successfully.This paper presents the designing and testing methods of riser clamp for riser recovery in the Liuhua11-1 oilfield,as well as the offshore construct situation of riser recovery.This study and application of riser recovery technology will provide experience for the sequent similar projects and deepwater engineering.
