Developing the Livelyhood of the People,Struggleing for the Benefits of the People and Governing for the People

民生问题,是社会建设的基本问题。作为马克思主义中国化的开创者和实践者,党的三代领导人和以胡锦涛为总书记的新一届领导集体,坚持"立党为公、执政为民"的执政理念,始终关注民生问题,实践、丰富和发展了马克思主义的民生思想。当前,在经济发展的基础上,更加注重民生建设,实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民的根本利益是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的根本要求,也是新时期我们党执政治国的着力点。

The livelyhood issue of the people, is a basic problem in society building. As the creators and practitioners of Maxism in China, the third generation of the party and the new generation centered by Hu Jing Tao, the general secretary, stick to ＂manage the party for the public and govern our country for the people ＂, practising and developing the livelyhood issue by caring for it so much, thus make it much richer. But we must note that the livelyhood issue will give new forms as the socioty changes. Realizing , maintaining and developing the benefits for the most people is a basic requirment for inplementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious social society. It is also a new achievement of Marxism developed in China and a standing base for the party to govern our country.
