白沙河小流域水电梯级开发的生态需水研究 被引量:4

摘要 小水电建设在山区农村快速发展的同时,也不断破坏着当地的生态环境。如何正确处理好经济效益、生态效益与环境效益的关系,是小水电开发利用中必须高度重视的问题。针对白沙河流域的实际情况,从河道内与河道外两方面对流域进行了生态需水量核算;并对流域梯级开发电站为满足减水河段生态环境需水要求的最小下泄流量进行了初步探讨。 With the fast development of small hydropower construction in the mountainous rural area, it had been destroying the local ecological environment seriously. How to balance the relationship between economic benefits, ecological benefits and environmental benefits correctly was the problem, which must be risen importance for using the small hydropower. In this paper, which had estimated the ecological water demand for the two sides of the in-stream and out-stream respectively, based on the actual condition of Baisha River basin; And probing the lowest discharge flow of cascade development hydropower station to suffice the eco-environmental water demand of reducing reach of the river.
