摘要
对国内外在钛合金磨削方面的研究现状进行了概述,详细分析了国内外在磨削钛合金材料时磨削参数的选择、表面质量的控制(即磨削烧伤和砂轮粘附)、高效磨削及磨削过程有限元仿真等,并讨论了我国在钛合金磨削加工方面亟待解决的问题。
The research development of grinding technology for titanium alloy is briefly presented. In the process of grinding titanium alloy workpieces, selection of grinding parameters, quality control of grinding surface (i.e. grinding burn and wheel adhere), high efficiency grinding and finite element simulation, etc. are detailedly analysed. Many issues to be resolved further for grinding titanium alloy are put forward.
