摘要
目的:研究龙胆多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响;方法:腹腔注射龙胆多糖,测定胸腺,脾脏重量并计算脏器指教;采用碳粒廓清实验和测定血清溶血素含量研究龙胆多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响;结果:20、40mb.kg-1的龙胆多糖能够不同程度地增加小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数,提高正常小鼠的吞噬指数,促进小鼠抗体生成。结论:龙胆多糖对小鼠非特异性免疫和特异性免疫功能均具有一定的促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the immunologic enhancement effect of Gentiana triflora pall. polysaeeharide(GP). Methods: Gentiana triflora pall. polysaeeharide in different dosages were given by IP for 8 days. A series of tests were carried out such as thymus index and spleen index test, hemolytic test of blood serum and carbon particle clearance test. Results: at the dosage of 20 and 40 mg. kg^- 1 GP could enhance thymus index and spleen index, increase carbon particle clearance index, and remarkably raise HC50. Conclusion: GP can enhance the specific and non- specific immune function of mice.
