摘要
目的:通过对白芍药材的提取纯化工艺的研究,确定了最佳的提取纯化工艺务件。方法:采用正交试验进行了醇提取工艺的研究,再采用大孔吸附树脂法进行了纯化工艺研究。结果:以70%乙醇提取三次,时间为(90min,90min,90min)及加醇量为(8倍,8倍,8倍)条件下白芍总苷的收膏率最高,提取液上树脂后先以水洗除去杂质,再收集全部30%的乙醇洗脱液即为白芍总苷的有效部位。结论:采用此工艺可以达到白芍药材的提取、纯化的目的,为其工业化生产应用奠定了科学的基础。

Conclusion: This process can be achieved peony material's extraction and purification of the purpose of their industrial production for the application of the scientific basis.
