摘要
利用棒磨机和球磨机对不均匀嵌布的萤石矿进行磨矿对比性试验,结果表明,球磨具有良好的选择性磨矿作用。通过pH值调整剂、抑制剂和捕收剂等单因素试验,得出最佳浮选工艺条件。试验结果表明:最高精矿品位达98.65%时回收率为47.26%;闭路浮选试验的精矿品位可达97%以上,回收率大于81%。
The contrastive experiments were conducted on non-uniformly embedded fluorite ore with rod milling and ball milling respectively. The results showed that the ball milling had a good selective milling effect. Single factor experiments were performed on pH regulator, depressant and collector separalLCly, and the optimal flotation conditions were obtained. The results indicated that the highest concentrate grade could reach to 98.65%, but its recovery was only 47.26%. The concentrate grade of closed-circuit flotation could be higher more than 97% and the recovery exceeded 81%.
