摘要
采用HNO3、H2SO4共同插入法制备低温可膨胀石墨。将HNO3、H2SO4按一定比例混合,加入天然鳞片石墨和氧化剂充分反应,形成石墨层间化合物,经过水洗、烘干,制得低温可膨胀石墨。研究制备低温可膨胀石墨的最佳条件:室温条件下,最佳物料比为:石墨∶高锰酸钾∶混酸=1∶0.11∶3(质量比);制得300℃下膨胀容积为180ml/g、600℃下膨胀容积可为400ml/g的低温可膨胀石墨。
A study has been made on preparation of low temperature expandable graphite by mixture of nitric acid and sulfuric acid intervenes. First, put into the mixture of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, and then add the oxidant, churning up sufficiently. Low temperature expandable graphite was prepared after washing and drying. The results show that the best materiel ratio is graphite: potassium permanganate: mixed acid=1:0.11:3 at the room temperature. The expansion volume of product is 180mL/g at 300℃,400mL/g at 600℃.
