摘要
采用动态淋滤试验,就几种天然多孔矿物/尿素缓释肥缓释特征进行了研究,结果表明:膨润土与尿素配成的缓释肥缓释效果明显比累托石黏土、凹凸棒石黏土、斜发沸石制成的缓释肥缓释效果好。凹凸棒石黏土制备的缓释肥缓释能力比累托石和斜发沸石制得的缓释肥缓释能力强。斜发沸石制得的缓释肥缓释能力弱,不适合作尿素缓释载体。因此多孔黏土矿物尤其是以蒙脱石为主要矿物成分的膨润土,最适合作尿素的缓释材料。同时同种载体与尿素配成的不同配比的缓释肥,在定量蒸馏水的淋洗下,随着配比的增大,其氮的残留率逐渐减少。因此在制备缓释肥时,除了选择合适的缓释材料外,还应选择最佳的配比,以提高氮素的有效利用率。
Dynamic leaching has been used to study the slow-release characteristics to urea by the natural porous minerals. The results demonstrate that the slow-release effect of urea slow-release fertilizers made by bentonite is better than fertilizers made by rectorite, attapulgite and zeolite. The slow-release ability of fertilizers made by attapulgite is stronger than fertilizers made by reetorite and zeolite. Zeolite is not suitable for slow-release material of urea. Compared with others, bentonite is the best suitable slow-release material of urea. Meanwhile slow-release fertilizers made by the same carrier and urea, under the some quantity of water leaching, with the match increases, the retention rate of nitrogen has decreased gradually. So when we prepare slow-release fertilizers, besides choosing appropriate material, we should choose optimum match, in order to improve effective utilization of nitrogen.
