摘要
针对现有电动执行器的不足,提出并设计了一种网络化电动执行器,给出了基于MSP430F449单片机的网络化电动执行器的基本结构与工作原理,介绍了电机驱动控制电路、DDZ-Ⅲ型信号接口、通信接口等硬件电路设计.网络化电动执行器通过现场总线实现远程通信与管理,采用基于Bang-Bang+Fuzzy控制的复合智能控制方法,提高了系统的实时性和可靠性.实际运行表明,网络化电动执行器运行稳定可靠,行程控制精度达到1‰.
To tackle the insufficiency of traditional electrical actuator, the networked electrical actuator was proposed, and the principle of the networked electrical actuator was introduced based on the MSP430F449. The motor drive circuit, the interface circuit of DDZ-III system and the communication circuit were explained in de- tail. The compound Bang-Bang + Fuzzy control method was applied, which could improve the accuracy of the networked electrical actuator. Furthermore, remote operations were provided with field bus technology. The stabilization of the networked electrical actuator was tested in practical application with a stroke control accuracy of 1‰.
