摘要 针对小功率无刷直流电动舵机,设计了一种基于C8051F340单片机和MSK4310专用芯片的无刷直流电机伺服舵回路控制器。简述了舵回路系统的结构及其工作原理,舵机控制系统的硬件设计方案和控制策略。采用该控制器构成的直流伺服舵回路具有结构简单、功能完善的优点,仿真和试验结果表明其静态和动态性能指标满足设计要求。 A direct servo rudder loop controller using small power brushless direct current electromechanical actuator is designed and realized by the single chip C8051F340 and the special-purpose integration control chip MSK4310. It summarized the structure and the principle of the rudder loop, and it also summarized the hardware design scheme and the control strategy of the servo control system. The direct current rudder loop servo system based on the controller has the advantages of simple structure and perfeet. The design and simulation test results showed that the static and dynantic characteristics of the direct current rudder loop system are satisfied.
