摘要
针对现实企业中工作流时间管理的实际需求,提出了一种多过程不确定时间的建模与分析方法:首先基于扩展模糊时间工作流网(EFIWFN)对不确定性时间信息进行全面描述,然后构建生成图(sprouting graph)来表达 EFTWFN 中实例所经过的路径和时间信息,再依据生成图进行相关问题的分析计算。该方法实用性较强,能够有效推理分析资源约束情况下多过程的不确定时间问题,而且还可通过模糊时间运算,提供活动执行情况的可能性值,作为重要的参数指导用户决策或优化工作流模型。另外,生成图建立后,可针对不同问题进行多次使用,可重用性较好。该方法应用于某一制造企业并采用工具CPN Tools 进行仿真的结果验证了其有效性。
According to the practical need of workflow time management in the enterprises, the paper presents a new approach to modeling and analyzing uncertain time of workflows. The method firstly models the uncertain temporal information in workflows based on the extended fuzzy timing workflow nets (EFTWFN), then constructs the sprouting graph from the EFTWFN models of multi-process, and finally, selves the problems of uncertain time according to the sprouting graph. The approach can not only solve the uncertain time problems for multi-process of workflows under resource constraints, but also return the possibility of executing information of activities to support decisions of users or optimize the workflow models. Furthermore, it is easy to be reused, namely the sprouting graph can be used for more than one problem. In the end of the study, an application of the approach was illustrated through an example in manufacturing enterprise and its validity was explained by simulation of CPN tools.
