基于“钻石模型”下的江苏省纺织服装产业竞争优劣势浅析

在WTO和配额取消的双重背景下,江苏省纺织服装产业发展态势将会发生怎样的变化,本文运用迈克尔.波特的"钻石理论"从五个方面详细分析了目前江苏省纺织服装产业竞争优劣势。研究结果表明:江苏省纺织服装产业具有一定的比较优势,但竞争优势有逐年下降的隐患。为了有效促进该产业健康、长远发展,必须克服劣势,增强优势,实现比较优势向竞争优势的转化。

How will the development status of Jiangsu textile and clothing industry change against the background of WTO and the elimination of quota.＇？ This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangsu textile and clothing industry through Michel Poter＇ s ＂Diamond Theory＂ in five dimensions detailedly. The results of the research reveals is that although Jiangsu textile and clothing industry enjoys comparatively comparativeness, such competitive advantage appears to be weak year by year. To enhance the healthy and long- term development of Jiangsu textile and clothing industry, they must overcome disadvantages, to strengthen advantages, and to promote the comparatively comparativeness change to competitive advantage.
