摘要
以克拉玛依常压渣油为对象,研究了克拉玛依常压渣油与6种无机盐水溶液的分散过程,包括乳化剂的单剂和复配以及乳化工艺条件对分散行为的影响。结果表明HFYQ-C和Tween-80具有较好的分散性能,确定了分散体系所需HLB值,适宜乳化剂的复配能增加无机盐水溶液的分散度;乳化剂加剂量约为250×10^(-6);显微镜测定了乳状液的粒径分布,无机盐水溶液浓度在(350~750)×10^(-6)范围内对盐水粒径及盐水在渣油中分布的影响不大。
The dispersion procedure of emulsion on Kelamay atmospheric residue(KLAR) and six kinds of inorganic brine was studied which included emulsifier filtration, mixture of emulsifier and emulsification conditions. The results show that HFYQ-C and Tween-80 has satisfying emulsification ability. The HLB of emulsion was choose, Stability of emulsified residue could be increased by mixture of suitable emulsifier. The quantity of emulsifier is about 250×10^-6 Suitable emulsification operation temperature was 70 ℃ .The diameter of brine droplets waa determined by microscope , The concentration of inorganic brine from 350×10^-6 to 750×10^-6 has not too much effect to the diameter of brine and distributed in residue.
