摘要
采用溶剂超声萃取、水洗、净化、氮气吹扫吹浓缩方法对水果样品进行前处理,用双毛细管柱双电子捕获检测器对水果样品中的有机氯农药残留量进行测定,并确定了方法的检出限为0.67×10^(-3)mg/kg,平均回收率在75.2%~119.7%之间,变异系数在2.3%~11.4%之间。该方法测定准确度高,简便可行,能够消除干扰物质对测定结果产生的影响。
A pretreatment method was used for fruits by ultrasonic extraction, water-washing, cleanup, concentration. Organochlorine pesticides residues in fruits was determined by dual-column dual-ECD detection gas chromatography method. The minimum detection limits was 0.67×10^-3 mg/kg, the average recoveries were in range of 75.2%~119.7%, the coefficients of variation were in range of 2.3% ~11.4%. The method is accurate and simple, can eliminate the interferences.
