补肾熄风化浊汤联合中药灌肠治疗高血压性肾功能不全疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Combined "Bushen Xifeng Huazhuo Decoction" and "Guanchang Decotion" in Treating Hypertensive Renal Insufficiency

目的观察补肾熄风化浊汤联合中药灌肠治疗高血压性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法将97例高血压性肾功能不全患者随机分为治疗1组(36例)、治疗2组(32例)和对照组(29例);3组除常规降压治疗外,治疗1组予补肾熄风化浊汤,治疗2组予补肾熄风化浊汤联合中药灌肠方,对照组予包醛氧淀粉;分别在治疗4、8周后观察患者的症状、体征以及24h尿蛋白、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血压的变化情况。结果3组在治疗的不同时间段疗效均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),随着疗程增加,疗效更明显,其中治疗2组疗效最好;3组患者治疗后24h尿蛋白、BUN、Scr、血压均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组与对照组以及两治疗组之间比较,部分指标也有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论补肾熄风化浊汤联合中药灌肠治疗高血压性肾功能不全具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined ＂Bushen Xifeng Huazhuo Decoction＂ and ＂Guanchang Decotion＂ in treating hypertensive renal insufficiency. Methods Ninety-seven subjects were divided into three groups： group A with 36 cases, group B with 32 cases and group C with 23 cases. With the basic treatment in group C, the group A was given ＂Bushen Xifeng Huazhuo Decoction＂, group B was given ＂Bushen Xifeng Huashuo Decoction＂ combined with ＂Guanchang Decotion＂, group C was given coated aldehyde oxystarch, twice a day for 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms and signs, 24-h urinary protein, BUN, Scr and blood pressure were observed. Results The three groups have significant effects （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, which increased with the treatment courses, especially in group B; the urine protein, BUN, Scr and blood pressure reduced after treatment （P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01）, with better results in group B than in groups A and C （P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion ＂Bushen Xifeng Huazhuo Decoction＂ combined with ＂Guanchang Decotion＂ is rather effective in treating hypertensive renal insufficiency.
