摘要
目的观察穴位注射治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法对40例脑瘫患儿采用穴位注射为主治疗,采用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)及脑瘫儿童精细运动功能评估量表(FMFM)进行疗效判定。结果40例患儿经过治疗临床症状明显改善;GMFM和FMFM评估各项数据治疗前后均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论以穴位注射为主配合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫有明显疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cerebral palsy children treated by acupoint injection. Methods Forty children with cerebral palsy were treated by acupoint injection, Gross Motor Function Measure （GMFM） and Fine Motor Function Measure （FMFM） were adopted to measure the therapeutic effects. Results The clinical symptoms had obvious improvement. GMFM and FMFM scores were significantly different between before and after treatment. Conclusions Acupoint injection and assisted function training can improve the clinical symptoms of children with cerebral palsy significantly
