摘要
目的观察实验性大鼠前列腺组织增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达及癃闭康对其影响。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、前列康组、癃闭康低、中、高不同剂量组。去势加丙酸睾丸酮注射法复制前列腺增生模型,进行不同干预后观察前列腺湿重、前列腺指数、PCNA的表达及病理变化。结果模型组大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数及组织PCNA阳性表达高于对照组(P<0.01);癃闭康治疗组、前列康组各项指标低于模型组(P<0.01);癃闭康高剂量组各项指标低于癃闭康中、低剂量组(P<0.01)及前列康组(P<0.01),光镜下病理结构接近对照组。结论前列腺增生可能与PCNA表达增高有关,癃闭康可通过调节PCNA表达抑制前列腺增生,且高剂量组效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of Longbikang on expression of Preliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in prostatic tissues of the rots with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Male SD rots were randomly assigned to control group,model group, Qianliekang group, Longbikang low -dose group, Longbikang medium-dose group, and Longbikang high-dose group. The rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was developed by sastration and injection of testosterone propionate. And then prostatic wet weight, prostatic index, PCNA, and pathological changes were observed.Results Compared with those in control group the prostatic wet weight,prostatic index,and expression of PCNA were significantly increased in model group( P 〈 0.01) ,and were significantly decreased in Longbikang groups and Qianliekang group ( P 〈 0.01). These indices in Longbikang high - dose group were lower than those in Longbikang medium - and low- dose groups and Qian- liekang group. Under the light microscope, the pathological tissue smacture in Longbikang high-dose group was approximate to that in control group. Conclusions The high expression of PCNA is related to benign prostatic hyperplasia. Longbikang can regulate the expression of PCNA to suppress benign prostatic hyperplasia. The efficacy of high - dose Longbikang is significant.
