摘要
采用辐射硫化技术制备了氯丁/聚丙烯酸钠遇水膨胀橡胶,考察了在一定辐射剂量时增容剂对膨胀橡胶力学性能、膨胀性能和质量损失率的影响,以及辐射剂量对质量损失率的影响.结果表明,增容剂有利于提高力学和膨胀性能,降低质量损失率,辐射剂量提高有利于质量损失率的降低.
The effects of absorbed dose and a self-made compatibilizer on properties of the radiation vulcanized CR/PAANa water-swellable rubber has been studied. The results indicate that the mechanical performance and the equilibrium swelling ratio increase, and the mass loss ratio decreases with increasing the amount of the compatibilizer, and that the mass loss ratio decreases with increasing the absorbed dose.
