摘要
大梁带芯模较长(9m),宽度较窄(50mm),因此将大梁带铺放设备设计为龙门式结构。主要包括X、Y轴直线运动机构和Z轴旋转运动机构。将预浸带铺放过程中所必需的放料装置、除膜装置、张力控制装置、施压装置、剪切装置集中设计在铺放头内部。在Pro/Engineer中建立了大梁带铺放机的三维立体模型,研究大梁带铺放机各机构的运动方式,利用Pro/En-gineer的运动仿真模块对大梁带铺放机的铺放过程进行了计算机仿真。
The composites tape laying equipment is designed to gantry machine by the model dimension (9000 ×50mm) of windstick. The structure of equipment is made of X-movement components, Y-movement components and Z-movement components. The fiber placement head is made of composites parts, tesion control parts, pressure control parts, scissor parts and etc. The 3D model of composites tape laying equipment is built in Pro/Engineer to analyze the movement modes. The tape laying process is simulated in Pro/Engineer.
