摘要 【目的】研究熟地、川芎提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。【方法】用50%(V/V)乙醇提取川芎、熟地中的有效成分,以邻苯二酚为底物,利用可见分光光度法在390nm波长下测定酪氨酸酶活性的变化。【结果】熟地、川芎50%乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶均有较强的激活作用,激活率EC50分别为1.76 mg/ml,1.42 mg/ml。【结论】熟地、川芎提取物可增强酪氨酸酶的活性。 [Objective] To study the effect of extracts of Rehmannia glutinosa and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. on tyrosinase. [Methods] The activity of tyrosinase was determined by the dopachrome in the reaction mixture as absorbance at 390 nm. [Results] The extracts of Rehmannia glutinosa and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. could increase the activity of tyresinase. [Conclusions] The result testifies that extracts of Rehmannia glutinosa and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. may enhance the activity of tyrosinases.
