彩超检测罗格列酮影响2型糖尿病患者颈部动脉血管病变的临床价值

Clinical value of color Doppler to Rosiglitazone affect carotid artery vessel changed in type 2 diabetic patients

【目的】应用彩超检测罗格列酮对于2型糖尿病患者颈部动脉血管病变影响的临床评价。【方法】选择30例初诊2型糖尿病患者,给予口服罗格列酮,观察治疗前后颈动脉内径、颈部动脉收缩期峰值流速和血流阻力指数的变化。【结果】罗格列酮治疗后可改善颈动脉内径、颈部动脉收缩期峰值流速和血流阻力指数,以左侧为主,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】罗格列酮可改善2型糖尿病患者颈部血管病变,颈动脉超声多普勒检查可作为糖尿病合并大血管病变最具特异性的诊断指标。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical value of color Dopoler ultra examineing in evaluate the effect of Rosiglitazone on carotid artery vessel changes in type 2 diabetic patients. [Methods] A total of 30 cases diagnosed as type 2 diabetes and treated with oral Rosiglitazome were selected. Inner diameter of carotid artery, arterial systole peak value, speed of flow and blood stream resistance index charge were determined [Results] After Rosiglitazone treatment may improve inner diameter of carotid artery, the pate artery systole peak value, speed of flow and the blood stream resistance index, mainly in left side, the difference had statistics significance. [Conclusions] Rosiglitazone may improve inner diameter of carotid artery in type 2 diabetic patients. Color Dopplar may be the specific diagnostic instrument for diabetic patients with vascular involvement.
