伢典化学机械去龋治疗老年人根面龋的疗效研究

Clinical Evaluation of Carisolv for Chemo-Mechanical Removal of Root Caries in Ederly Patients

目的评估伢典化学机械去龋治疗老年人根面龋的效果与可行性。方法选择老年根面龋患者41例,60颗患牙,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30颗患牙,分别采用伢典凝胶去龋和常规磨牙去龋后用树脂充填。记录患者在治疗过程中的疼痛程度及1年后的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗时的疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。1年后试验组出现充填体边缘微隙、充填体脱落、继发龋的牙数分别为1颗、0颗、1颗,对照组分别为3颗、1颗、3颗,2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伢典化学去龋治疗老年人根面龋安全、无痛、有效,可推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of Carisolv for ehemo-meehanieal removal of root caries in elderly patients. Methods Sixty teeth from forty-one elderly patients with root caries were randomly divided into Carisolv group and control group, with thirty teeth each. Carious lesion was removed with Carisolv or traditional drilling respectively, and then restored with Dentsply Spectrum composite resin. The patient＇s painful perception during preparation was recorded and the restorations were checked one year later. Results The patients felt significantly less painful during tooth preparation in Carisolv group （P 〈0.001 ）. In one year follow-up, there was no signitleant difference in the incidence of marginal mieroleakage, secondary caries and restorations lost between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Carisolv system seems to be a safe, painless and effective procedure. A future appliance is suggested.
