口服富氧水改善高原移居者睡眠呼吸紊乱警觉性作用的探讨

摘要 目的运用心理生理功能检测值作为衡量标准评价口服富氧水抗缺氧效果,改善和调节移居海拔5100m和5380m健康青年的睡眠呼吸紊乱(SDB)警觉性的作用。方法选择初入海拔5100m和5380m高原的男性健康青年40人,随机分为甲乙两组,采用DDX-200型电脑多功能心理生理测试仪和YZ-B6型强光源眼底镜,ASC-545型血氧仪及暗房夜光表检测法在静息状态下监测前晚11时30分和今晨8时20分的心理生理功能状态,衡量其警觉性水平。甲组为口服富氧水组,乙组为对照组,进入高原途经海拔3700m时甲组开始口服富氧水,乙组口服5%的葡萄糖液,口服方法均为500ml/次,2次/日,共口服5天,直至到达5100m和5380m目的地。于第6天早晨同时与对照组进行前晚和今晨的心理生理能力测验,并进行统计学分析。结果甲乙两组心理生理能力测验结果对比:缺失记忆测验对比甲组、乙组总次数均为17±0,错误次数晚2.4±1.8:3.6±2.7(P<0.05),晨1.9±1.1:3.2±2.3(P<0.05),视觉记忆测验结果对比(次)总次数均为50±0,错误次数晚4.6±4.3:6.6±5.4(P<0.05),晨3.1±2.8:6.1±4.6(P<0.05),光觉测验对比(秒)晚3.5±0.8:4.6±1.4(P<0.05),晨3.0±0.6:4.1±1.3(P<0.05),SaO_2测验对比(%)晚91.3±3.1:86.4±4.1,晨90.8±3.9:87.0±2.7(P<0.05)。视网膜检测结果对比以缺氧改变程度正常(-)、轻度(±)、中度(+)、重度(++)百分比(%)表示;依次为视网膜乳头充血晚±80%,+100%;晨±40%,+100%;视网膜动脉痉挛晚±80%,+100%;晨±40%,+100%;视网膜静脉怒张晚±80%,+100%;晨±40%,+100%;视网膜渗出晚±40%,+100%;晨±20,±80%。口服富氧水组(甲组)视网膜氧氧性动、静脉改变明显轻于对比组(乙组)。结论口服富氧水能有效提高人体动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_2),改善高原移居者睡眠呼吸质量,减轻高原SDB,降低人脑缺氧性功能衰退,具有可靠的抗低氧效果。 Objective To study oxidizing water on the vigilance of high altitude migrants with sleep disordered breadthing bypsychology and psychology function test. Methods 40 youth who would entered into 5100m or 5380m, which divided to 2 group,20 men in each. Group A who take oxidizing water and group B ,as compared group,take 5% glucose injection, Group A take oxidizing water one time per day for five days, until they arrived at 5100m or 5380m altitude. At 11 : 30 PM and 8 : 20 AM in fifth day, abcent memory test were done and light signal vistutal memory used with DDX - 200 muhifunction psychological machine. Results The times of abscent memory test were all 17 ±0 ,the wrong times of test in group A and group B were 2. 4 ±1.8,3.6 ± 2. 7 at night( p 〈 0. 05 ), 1.9 ± 1.1,3.2 ±2. 3 in morning(p 〈0. 05). In light signal visual memory test,total times was 50 ±0,the wrong times of test in group A and group B were 4.6± 4. 3,6. 6 ± 5.4 at night( p 〈 0. 05 ) ,3. 1± 2. 8,6. 1 ± 4.6 in morning( p 〈0. 05). In visual test, group A were 3.5 ± 0. 8 at night and 3.0 ± 0. 6 in morning, in group B were 4. 6 ± 1.4 and 4. 1 ± 1.3(p 〈0. 05). In SaO2 test,group A were 91.3 ±3.1 at night and 90. 8 -±3.9 in morning,while in group B were 86. 4 ±4. 1 and 87.0±2.7. retina papilla congestion ± ,80% : +, 100% at night, ± ,40% : + ,100% in morning;retina a. cramp ±, 80% : +, 100% at night,± ,40% : +, 100% in morning; retina V. relax -±, 80%: +, 100% at night, ± ,40% : ± ,80% in morning;retina effusion ± ,40% : +, 100% at night, ± ,20% : ± ,80% in morning. Conclusion oxidizing water can improve the sleep quality and the physiological functions of brain of high altitude migrants, so that it can improve the sleep disorder breathing and enhance cerebral alterness.
