妇炎净胶囊配伍药物流产100例临床观察

目的观察妇炎净胶囊对药物流产的影响。方法自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女治疗组100例,对照组100例。治疗组常规服用米非司酮+米索前列醇的同时加服妇炎净胶囊直到孕囊排出后继续服用7～8天;对照组单纯服用米非司酮+米索前列醇直到孕囊排出后常规服用子宫收缩止血药物7～8天。结果两组在孕囊排出时间上无明显差异;阴道出血量、出血持续时间以及清宫率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇炎净胶囊可以减少药物流产后阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,降低清宫率。

Objective ：To study the effects of FuYanJin capsule after medical abortion. Methods ：The early pregnant women who voluntarily asked for medical abortion were divided into two groups. 100 women as the treatment group took mifepristone ＋ misoprostol, then took Fu Yah Jin capsules in addition, and they continued to took capsules for 7 -8days after embryo discharged. 100 women as the control took mifepristone followed by misoprotol, and they continued to took Suo Gong Zhi Xue capsules for 7 - 8days after embryo discharged. Results ：There was no significant difference in discharge of embryo. The treatment groug is superior to the control group in amount of vaginal bleeding,the duration of bleeding and curettage of the uteru after abortion（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： FuYanJin capsules is effective in reducing amount of vaginal bleeding, shortening the bleeding time and reducing：dilatation and curettage of the uteru after medical abortion.
