本源微生物降解原油的饱和烃色谱分析 被引量:10

摘要 对于本源微生物采油技术的应用,有效激活剂的选取至关重要。选用2种激活剂A和E激活本源微生物并对原油进行生物降解模拟实验,再对其产物进行饱和烃色谱分析。分析结果表明,原油正构烷烃优先被降解,Pr/nC17和Ph/nC18值逐渐变大,Pr/Ph值保持不变;使用激活剂A激活本源微生物后,降解油样的正构烷烃组分中的重烃相对含量下降、轻烃相对含量升高,而使用激活剂E则正好相反。 For activating indigenous microorganisms to enhance oil recover-y.the selection of effective activator is very important.Biodegra-dation of crude oil was simulated using two different activators A and E,and the gas chromatography of saturated hydrocarbon of the products was analyzed.The results show that the n-alkanes in the crude oil were biodegraded firstly,the value of Pr/nC17 and Ph/nC18 increased gradually,and the value of Pr/Ph kept had no changes.Relative content of the heavy hydrocarbons decreased and light hydrocarbons increased in the n-alkane components of crude oil after the endogenesis microorganism was activated by activator A.While the results are opposite by using activator E.
