摘要 通过大量试验研制了HTC-160高温压裂液交联剂。室内试验结果表明,利用该交联剂配制的压裂液具有良好的耐温、增稠性能,最高耐温为160℃;在过硫酸铵的作用下,破胶化水彻底,同时具有自破胶作用,对油层渗透率伤害低;由于压裂液自身具有较强的网络结构,可有效地提高对支撑剂的悬浮能力,降低向油层的滤失。截至2007年11月,利用该交联剂配制的压裂液现场实施水力压裂82口井,其中72口井压裂后增产增注效果明显,累积增产原油达19000t。现场应用证实,该压裂液还具有摩阻低和返排彻底的特点,具有良好的推广应用前景。 Through plenty of tests,we developed a new kind of fracturing fluid crosslinker HTC-160,which has good properties of thermo-tolerant and gelling and its highest anti-temp is 160℃.The test result shows that the viscosity thoroughly broke down to water with self-gelout under the effect of ammonium persulfate,and the damage to formation decreases.Because of strong three-dimensional network structure,the cross linking agent has strong prop-pant-carrying capacity,which will decrease leak off efficiency.This clear fracfluid has been used in the fracturing of 82 wells and 72 wells among them have got good results of 19000t cumulative increased oil.Field application proved that its frictional drag is low and may flowback completely,and it can be placed for a long time.So this kind of fracturing fluid will be used widely in the future.
