Some common problems in electrophoresis system were analyzed, including filter bag blocking, electrophoresis bath circulation, foam formation, anode system problem, ultrafiltration system problem, bacterial contamination, drying room curing and so on. The causing reasons of the above problems were discussed and the corresponding solutions were suggested.
