摘要
针对高温高盐油藏常规表面活性剂存在的性能缺陷,以月桂酸为原料,经环氧乙烷直接加成、氯代和磺化,合成了阴—非离子表面活性剂月桂酸聚醚磺酸钠,并对产物进行了单、双酯含量的测定以及红外光谱表征。实验结果表明,质量分数为0.3%的表面活性剂模拟水溶液,与胜坨油田二区原油的界面张力达到10-3mN/m数量级;其耐盐达到30000mg/L,抗Ca2+和Mg2+达到1000mg/L,耐温大于90℃,经物理模拟试验,二元复合驱可提高采收率15.6%。
In view of imperfections of conventional surfactants in high tem-perature and high salinity reservoirs,a novel surfactant comprised of anionic and nonionic groups,named lauric acid polyether sodi-um sulfonate,was synthesized by lauric acid as materials accord-ing to epoxyethane addition,chlorination,sulfurization. The con-tent of monoester and di -esters was measured and the infraredstructure of the product was characterized. When the dosage of this surfactant is 0. 3% ,the interfacial tension between simulated water solution and crude oil in the second Shengtuo block rea-ches 10-3mN/m. The salt tolerance reaches 30 000mg/L,the a-bility to resist calcium and magnesium reaches 1 000mg/L,and temperature resistance is more than 90t. The physical simula-tion test shows that the polymer/surfactant flooding can enhance the recovery efficiency by 15. 6%.
