摘要
通过金相、X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM/EDX),结合电化学测试手段研究了CuBiAl合金在3.5%NaCl+NH3溶液中的腐蚀行为,并探讨了NH3对CuBiAl合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:NH3能使合金的腐蚀电位负移,腐蚀电流增加,加速了合金的腐蚀,且合金的腐蚀速率随NH3浓度的增加而增大。
The corrosion behavior of CuBiAl alloy in 3.5% NaCl+ NH3 solution had been studied by means of metallograph,XRD,SEM/EDX and electrochemical method, and the effect of the concentration of N H3 on corrosion property of CuBiAl alloy was also discussed. The results show that the addition of NH3 in 3.5%NaCl solution can make the corrosion potential negatively, the corrosion current increase, and accelerate the corrosion of CuZnAl alloy. As a result, the corrosion rate increases with increasing in concentration of NH3.
