摘要
文章利用简易的固相反应法制备了YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)样品。利用FD-TX-RT-Ⅱ高温超导转变温度测定仪测试YBCO样品的超导临界温度Tc为90 K左右,并绘制了YBCO的R-T曲线和电镜图像。
The Superconductor sample of YBa2Cu3 O7-δ （YBCO）are made by simple method. By means of FD-TX- RT-II detector of high-temperature superconductor transition temperature,superconductor critical temperature Tc of YBCO are defined as about 90 K. The R-Tcurve and SEM images are given.
