波片延迟相位温度效应研究

Effect of Temperature on Phase Delay of Waveplates

本文对温度变化引起的波片延迟相位的改变进行了讨论，并据此提出了对石英多级波片温度效应的修正补偿方法。

:In this paper,the phase delay of waveplates with different temperature is analysed.On the basis of the analysis,a correction method to the temperature error of a multiorder quartz waveplate is proposed.Such an article may be helpful to the users or waveplate manufacturers.
