摘要
分析了供应链柔性测度的研究现状,在此基础上提出供应链柔性测度指标体系,根据指标体系的特点,研究了4种度量供应链整体柔性的模式并对其加以比较分析,得出使用黑箱模式度量供应链整体柔性不仅相对简单而且客观。通过实例,说明了黑箱模式的应用。
This paper discusses the current research on the measurement of supply chain flexibility, and then proposes an index system for measuring supply chain flexibility. The index system is employed to analyze four kinds of measuring modes, of which the results are compared. It is concluded that black box mode is the best way to measure the supply chain flexibility, because it is simple and impersonal. In the end, an example is given to demonstrate the application of the black box mode.
