摘要
测量系统分析虽然有了比较系统的分析程序,但缺少进一步揭示测量系统存在的具体问题以及测量系统分析过程是否存在问题的分析方法。针对这一不足,探讨在典型计量型测量系统条件下,应用残差分析测量系统统计模型的拟合情况,通过分析残差对正态性、独立性及方差齐性等条件的满足情况来分析测量系统及其分析过程中存在的问题,从而弥补了测量系统分析的不足。在A公司进行了实证研究,分析了A公司某一测量系统分析中存在的问题并给出了改进意见。
Measurement system analysis （MSA） has been provided with a comparatively systematic analysis procedure, but still lacks analysis methods to detect bugs in MSA and its analysis procedure. Residual analysis is employed to improve MSA by analyzing the residual＇ s normality, independency and homogeneity, which is performed for a company with some improvements offered.
